Open/Wide is an open mic night with the vibe of a really good house party coupled with the inspiration of top artists and a completely open, everyone-has-a-go open mic
October presents Martin Daws and Paula Varjack as special guests from North Wales and Berlin respectively.
Martin is “An electrifying poet whose live sets blend free musicality and innovative lyricism in a
unique improvised theatre
” which is going to be wicked! while…
Paula’s: “poems play with the unspoken dialogue in romantic and sexual relationships, the neurosis that plays into the world of urban dating, stories from the edges of club culture, and the politics of being a cosmopolitan woman of colour” which won’t be too bad either!
