Hammer and Tongue, October 4th

Heading over from Sweden with his ragged bag of rhymes and his crazy beard is Henry Bowers on the Hammer and Tongue tour. ‘Kung Henry’ will appear at my yard – ‘The Victoria’, 451 Queensbridge Road, Dalston – on Tuesday 4th Oct to headline alongside Keith Jarrett (left) that lovely talented London poet.

We’ve also got the final round of the 2011 Slam, looking  for our last competitor for November’s final. It’s going to be good! Doors and DJ 7pm, show starts 8pm, hosted by the “spoken word guru” that is Steve Larkin.
